In this hour long class, we will go over who can suffer from, what can cause, and what are the signs of drop. It can happen during a scene, party, convention, or even an extremely great date, if you’re lucky! Join us in discussing how to combat, confront, and overcome the downfalls of drop.

DEPRESSION AND SUICIDE PREVENTION FOR BEGINNERS: Murphy – A part storytelling/part lecture that mixes humor and vulnerable storytelling to help make depression and suicide make sense for folks who have not experienced it and provide catharsis for those who have. Perfected over countless storytelling events and always received with laughter, tears, and genuine thanks. This talk unpacks what suicide looks and feels like for those going through it. It looks closely at the risk factors for suicide and how to identify them, as well as examining helpful ways to support someone you love struggling with suicide. 

DOING STRANGE THINGS WITH STRANGERS Pre-Negotiation for Pick up play with unfamiliar partners: Madame Navia – Explore the personal responsibilities for pre-negotiation and the not-so-sexy foreplay needed for both sides of the slash when considering pick up play scenes. We will look at special questions and ideas that don’t always happen in negotiations.
