Vana is the founder of Lesbian-ish, a kink-positive, sapphic-focused community, and a co-organizer of South Florida Treblemakers, which offers free monthly kink classes. She brings an abiding love for energy play, creative expression, and thoughtful accommodations. Together,

Bratty Azzassin is a bratty, poly, Switch, little, Leather girl. Bratty is an experienced trainer and facilitator with 20 years of education experience. She is the founder of Leather girls Of Color (established in 2021), and has been jumping around in the rabbit hole since 2017. She has been a volunteer, presenter, and educator at various events since 2018. Her passion projects include LgOC, T oo Sick Chicks, Florida Power Exchange, HRC Austin, and others. Bratty spends her time balancing her life as a chronically ill cutie, community advocate and organizer/educator.

FranklyASlut Monarch has been a part of the community since 2016. He dove in head first into the life to discover a love for impact, wrestling, primal and leather. He is a Leatherman, a Daddy, and a faithful servant to the community and his family. He is a member of the Monarch Z family under MsSensualSadist. He alongside his princess mynxie and other members of his family strive to teach what they know and love to as many people as they can reach for the future of the community. FranklyASlut is a co-leader of the Miami Munch, member of the Vanguard Leather team, and assists in family lead events like Off the Cuff.
Mynxie has been an active member of the community since 2016. Mynxie co-moderates “Off The Cuff,” the longest-running educational discussion group in South Florida, and hosted Newbie Night at the local dungeon. I am a genderqueer, bisexual Leatherperson with over 20 years of experience as a presenter, educator, and titleholder. My roots lie deeply in protocol-based BDSM, Victorian history, and the philosophical study of consensual power exchange. I draw influence from both real-world Leather traditions and the stylized lens of the Gorean novels, particularly in regard to slave handling and structured hierarchy.I have taught in numerous states across the U.S., and internationally in London, England, and Berlin, Germany. I was the final titleholder for Mr. Leather and Fetish Pride, and as no formal step-down was granted, I continue to serve in that role with pride and responsibility. I am also a system with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), which I manage without medication or external supervision.

Since the mid-70′s has been an active in the leather community as a gay activist, author & educator on the SM/Leather scene. Author of several books including, Playing with the Family Jewels, Soul of a Second Skin and Shouts in the Wilderness as well as a contributor to the Dallas Voice newspaper and Drummer Magazine.
The recipient of the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force’s Leather Leadership Award, 2007 Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Leather Association International, Marcus Hernandez Lifetime Achievement Award from Pantheon of leather, the Jack McGeorge Educator Award from MsC. and the Former Chairperson of the Woodhull Action Fund in Washington, DC. Since April, 1995, he and his boy Patrick have been living together in Dallas.

Mel_Ann passion when it comes to regional convention’s is event management and vendor coordination. Bluefluke37 loves setting up and designing play spaces running the equipment team. VintageKinkyDoll has been active in the lifestyle for 20 something something years. She is a participating member in the scene of numerous locales and very active in the Houston and Texas scenes. She is the Operations Manager for Shrine HTX and has been Chairman of the Board for HPEP, a member of Eros, Italia Fetish and SCK.
