Applications must be received no later than Jan 31 of the BL Conference year to receive complimentary gifts. ​If you are selected, you will be required to send a photo showing your uncovered face. This will be used by registration to confirm your volunteer status at arrival. After you have provided your photo, you will receive a confirmation email and a registration code for your event ticket. Your team lead will contact you with a Zoom link for orientation and schedule review. Team meeting attendance is mandatory. Failure to attend the Zoom meeting may forfeit your volunteer status and complimentary gifts. Failure to show up for your volunteered time at the event may make you ineligible to volunteer in the future. Responsible for being at assigned station to receive leather apparel and boots for care. Bootblacks are free to keep any tips offered. May NOT charge guests as a volunteer. Vendor option available.Facilities - Receives equipment and furniture, sets up play space Thu by 3:00 PM for inspection. Assists with equipment for classrooms. Breaks down equipment 8:00 AM Sunday morning.Photo Team - Must have prior experience, a portfolio, and your own equipment.
