Photo and Video Consent

The Producers and Photo Volunteers strive to respect the privacy of all of our attendees. Our guests can always opt out of having their images displayed on our website or social media pages. If a photo of yourself is posted, whether consent was granted previously or not, and you do not wish for the image to remain posted publicly, please send us a link to the image you want removed. No personal recording or photography is permitted in any of our theaters or socials out of respect for others who do not wish to be photographed in our event areas. Our photography team will be taking event photos, which will be screened for our event gallery. If you would like event pics, we have a photo free-zone at the Beyond Leather backdrop where you can take your own photos, or come by when the photo team is taking pics for our website. Please indicate to the photographer if you consent to having your photo posted on social media, or prefer them to only be released to you. If you want boudoir style photos, we have a photography vendor with whom you can schedule a paid photo session.
